The total purchase price of the apartment includes

Ano, v současné době připravujeme umístění mola s 30ti kotevními místy.. Klienty budeme informovat o detailech.
Jednotlivé domy budou samostatnými Společenstvími vlastníků jednotek (SVJ), která uzavřou se servisní firmou smlouvy na veškeré služby týkající se údržby vlastní budovy i okolních pozemků se zelení, komunikacemi či prostor u vodní plochy. Jednáme s několika servisními organizacemi, které by rovněž mohli zajistit pronájem bytových jednotek v období, kdy je majitelé nebudou chtít osobně využívat. Majitele bytů budeme průběžně informovat.
Výstavbu zajišťuje společnost V.D.O. Group s.r.o., s níž dlouhodobě spolupracujeme na všech projektech naší developerské skupiny.
Záruka se řídí platnou legislativou (NOZ), tzn. 2 roky na byt a 5 let na stavbu. Veškeré reklamace řešíte po celou dobu přímo s developerem.
